The Raven Restaurant offers a seasonally-inspired, classic brasserie menu sourced from local farms with a touch of Continental indulgence. From fresh cured meats and cheeses to locally-foraged mushrooms and farm-raised beef, Executive Chef Larry Brown is a fan of seasonal cooking, a graduate of French Culinary Institute in Manhattan.  

The Restaurant's specials are his creations, while most of the popular menu remains intact. That includes customer favorites such as Pâté Maison, a chicken liver pâté served with red onion, tomato, grain mustard, chutney and crostini that has been beloved by customers for a generation. Other favorites include the eggplant Napoleon, shrimp with linguine and the South Beach chicken sandwich with grilled chicken, bacon, avocado and Swiss cheese.

Along with excellent food you'll find a carefully-crafted cocktail menu as well as a wide selection of fine wines. With over eighty bottles to choose from, you'll easily find a bottle suited to your palate.
